Fine Artist. Jeweler. Physician.
I am first and FOREMOST and ARTIST. I have painted since I was 9 years old, then graduated with a Bachelors of Sciences in Arts. I got a Gemology degree, and Jewelry degree from GIA. After failing a bench test I realized I wanted to do more than string pearls and started the prerequisites for Medical school. Fast forward 17 years and I am currently practicing Family Medicine at 4th Street Clinic in SLC, giving away art supplies so we can all enjoy a life of creation.
MY MEDIUM
I use many different mediums to create artwork such as clay, acrylics, pastels, and metal. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style. Currently, this site mainly focuses on my paintings.
MY INSPIRATION
My daughter! I love hot dog costumes, old men, Snape especially. I’m into granny dressing, Bill Murray, Velvet Elvis pictures, rocks, people’s faces, canyons, popcorn, and candy. Naked people. Bad jokes. Reading 300 books, yes this is still a yearly goal.
